Peter Drucker in Fortune 500





Watching The Pentaverate and at episode 3 there was a quote from Peter Drucker:


"No institution can possibly survive if it needs geniuses or supermen to manage it. It must be organized in such a way as to be able to get along under a leadership composed of average human beings."

In some way, it is true but how many businesses in Fortune 500 follow this rule? When you look at #Amazon, #Apple, Berkshire Hathaway, Tesla, Microsoft, ... you spot leadership's amazing magic is working inside them and proves itself by #revenue results.

How are new technologies such as AI affecting leadership skills?
Are some people born with business leadership instincts?
What is the combination of instincts and skills in their leadership methodology?
What would leadership look like in the long term?

A simple story about change management mistakes

Background: Around 3 years ago I got an invitation to join a huge volunteer team serving a #worldwide #charity . I was/am very glad to have the opportunity to be (even having a small role) participant in one of the biggest movements in the world. The organization has tens of thousands of volunteers and thousands of partners serving extraordinary content for nearly six hundred million unique app users and hundreds of million website users all around the world.
